There are further vehicles possible in the future. The higher end Advanced Dune Buggies require higher crafting skills than currently possible. Improved Interceptor Research is listed in the Interceptor manual but requires 195 Science skill to research, hence it is not currently possible to obtain this manual.

Fuel Efficiency:
A higher number means the vehicle will go a farther distance on the same fuel unit, in other words, a higher efficiency vehicle uses less fuel and is cheaper to run.

Speed ratings:
Vehicles of the same class appear to have the same speed, so all motorbikes are the same speed, all Dune Buggies are same speed, all ATVs are the same speed.
Speeds, when listed, are in-game speeds obtained from timing a fixed distance to a stationary person , with the distance found using the /who command.
Vehicles speed tested: Franklin Riders Horse, Assault ATV, Electric Motorcycle, Lode Runner Dune Buggy
The approximate ratings from slowest to fast are:

Horse: 30 km/hr, slowest mode of transportation other than walking
ATV: 32 km/hr, slowest motorized vehicle
Dune Buggy: 35 km/hr, faster than ATV, slower than Motorcycle
Motorcycle: 40 km/hr, faster than Dune Buggy, slower than Interceptor
Interceptor: 49 km/hr, fastest motorized vehicle

Climbing Angle:
There isn't a lot of data on this, but based on the stated motorcycle climb angle of 35 degrees with slope angle of 400, if this correlation is linear, could indicate that climb angle is equal to slope angle * 0.0875. In this list, other vehicles with known slope angles have had their climb angle calculated with this formula.

Vehicle weapons:
Vehicle weapons are essentially turreted and have free aim when in aim mode.
Vehicles appear to fire as a non-player character, so vehicle weapons have a chance to glance and miss like an NPC firing at a player character does.
Vehicle weapons currently have a poor chance to hit, possibly due to the guns having a requirement of Rifle skill but the vehicle itself not having Rifle skill.

Weight carry capacity:
Vehicle weight carry capacity is 40 kg + 0.5 * Strength

Maintaining your vehicle:
Vehicles, when damaged, can only be repaired with vehicle repair kits.
Vehicles only require a basic vehicle repair kit at to repair some damage. Improved vehicle repair kits can be used to restore greater durability to your vehicle with one repair.
Each repair kit can only be used once and disappears

Vehicle Repair kits may also be required in order to construct your vehicle, in varying amounts depending on the complexity of the vehicle.

Basic vehicle repair kits are available from selected fuel merchants near garage/stable buildings, or can be player crafted once you have used the appropriate manual.
Basic vehicle repair kit manuals are available from Science vendors in most Sector 1 starter towns as well as other selected towns.
Improved and Advanced repair kits are available from the selected merchants only, or from player crafters. The manuals can be researched once you have the Basic vehicle repair kit knowledge.

Vehicles require fuel to operate. Fuel can be bought from selected fuel merchants near garage/stable buildings, or can be player crafted once you have learned the appropriate recipe.
